Color Therapy

Color therapy is based on the fact that physiologic functions respond to specific colors. When light enters through the eyes (or the skin) it travels through the neurological pathways to the pineal glands. Different colors give off different wavelength frequencies and these different frequencies have different effects on physical and psychological functions.
Using colored light for therapy has been in practice a very long time and we see it happening every day, whether we realize it or not. Have you ever noticed the colors of a doctor's office? A restaurant? Very different color schemes to evoke different moods. This is not chance, this is color therapy at work.
Our color therapy course offers a text, supplemental accessories, and requires the student to complete case studies as well as pass a final exam with a minimum grade of 80% to earn certification as a Color Therapist. There is no time limit to complete this course.
