The Reflexology course that we offer is based mainly on a singular text. It is very complete and walks you through all the steps of learning and practicing Reflexology.
This book instructs you, in such topis as:
- How to help relieve specific ailments through Foot and/or Hand Reflexology
- Thorough overview of the history and development of reflexology
- The chakras and subtle energies of the body
- Using Color Therapy along side Reflexology
This book combines with your course work and video to give you a good, well-rounded view of reflexology, giving you the confidence and capability to practice very successfully.
Your coursework will include information you will need about practicing reflexology and also an overview of maintaining general health and well-being.
You will also receive two laminated reflexology charts (one of the hands and one of the feet), these are wonderful resources to have as you are practicing reflexology. Clients will always ask you what spot it is that you are pressing, so these charts really come in handy for a quick answer.
There are also several progress tests, six case studies as well as six follow-ups, and finally upon completion, a certificate of completion in Reflexology.
